Terms of Use
These terms set the practical rules for using the PhotoCropper website and browser-based image tools.
Effective: July 14, 2026
1. Acceptance
By using PhotoCropper.net, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. These terms apply to the free public tools available at launch.
2. The service
PhotoCropper provides browser-based controls for cropping, resizing and exporting images. The tool is provided without an account and is designed to process selected images locally. Browser, device, image size and format support can affect the result.
3. Your images and rights
You keep your rights in the images you use. You are responsible for having permission to edit, export and use them. Do not use the service to infringe copyright, privacy, publicity or other rights, or to create unlawful material.
4. Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the site, attempt to bypass security controls, overload public infrastructure, distribute malware, automate abusive traffic or misrepresent PhotoCropper as the source or owner of your images.
5. No professional advice
Image presets and size suggestions are practical editing aids. They are not a guarantee that a platform, government agency, printer or marketplace will accept a file. Check the destination’s current requirements before relying on an output.
6. Availability and changes
We may fix, change, pause or remove a feature to improve reliability, security or browser compatibility. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or support for every image, device or browser version.
7. Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not make warranties about uninterrupted operation, error-free output, fitness for a particular purpose or preservation of local files. Keep your original images and verify important exports.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PhotoCropper.net is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost files, lost profits or lost data arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Third-party services
The site may rely on hosting, security, DNS and email services such as Cloudflare. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not make their content part of PhotoCropper.
10. Changes to these terms
Updated terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
